Halloween-themed pop-up bar Apparition returns to Kansas City this year as an outdoor venue in North Kansas City.
The popular pop-up “spookeasy” is being hosted under a big tent at Big Rip Brewery for the 21+ crowd during select days in October. Reservations are not needed to imbibe some of their creepy craft cocktails and there is no cover charge.
Seven favorite cocktails return this year, and are joined by six, creepy concoctions. These drinks feature Kansas City liquors, including but not limited to Tom’s Town, J. Rieger, Restless Spirits, SD Strong, Lifted Spirits and Mean Mule Mezcal.
Apparition Haunting Schedule
Just like last year, Apparition will only be popping up in Kansas City for a short amount of time. This year you can get into the Halloween spirit from 6 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Thursday and Saturdays during October. Here are those dates:
- October 1, 2, 3
- October 8, 9, 10
- October 15, 16, 17
- October 22, 23, 24
- October 29, 30, 31 (Halloween is the last day)
While the operators at Apparition love to scare the hell out of you, they still want you to be safe and healthy. All staff and customers shall be wearing masks and appropriate social distancing measures will be taken.
