Historic Downtown Liberty is hosting their annual Hometown Holidays event Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019.
Festive activities are going on all day in Downtown Liberty.
10 a.m.: Passport Shopping Activity
- Pick up a “passport” at the HDLI office at 117 N. Main Street
- Check in at each participating business you visit
- Submit a completed passport by 5 p.m. and you’re entered to win gift cards (don’t have to be present to win)
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: FREE Family-Friendly Activities
- Pictures with Santa – he’ll be waiting inside the Clay County Administration Building
- Kids’ crafts
- Refreshments
- Live music and entertainment
5:15 p.m.: The Mayor’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
