Kansas City TV station FOX4 marks its 70th anniversary on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019 and has lined up several discounts, deals and freebies to mark the occasion.
Celebrate 70 years together by checking out some great attractions and food or beverages in Kansas City. Read carefully because some deals are only good on FOX4’s anniversary of Wednesday, Oct. 16 while others last longer into the weekend. All are going to require you to mention the FOX4 70th anniversary offer, use a specific code for online orders and, in some cases, place your order on a specific day.
FOX4 70th Anniversary Attractions Discount and Deals
LEGOLAND® Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium: Guests can receive one $4 child ticket to either attraction with one full price paid adult ticket when they mention the FOX4 70th anniversary offer at the attraction admissions area or order LEGOLAND® tickets or SEA LIFE tickets online using the promo code “FOX470“. This offer is good Wednesday, Oct. 16 through Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019 and can’t be combined with other discounts. There’s a limit of two $4 child tickets per one full price paid adult ticket.
Science City at Union Station: Visit Science City on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019 and get in for $4 when you mention the FOX4 70th anniversary special. This offer is only good at the ticket office (no online sales) and does not include the $1.25 preservation fee. Kansas City Zoo: Guests mentioning the FOX4 70th anniversary special can receive $4 off general admission on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019. Coterie Children’s Theatre: Save $4 off any ticket to the Rise Up performance at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at The Coterie Theatre at Crown Center. Tickets are available online. The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures: Visit this big attraction for a tiny price of $4 per person from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019. FOX4’s information didn’t say you had to mention the FOX4 70th anniversary deal, but it couldn’t hurt to say something when you purchase tickets. Papa Murphy’s Pizza: Enjoy $4 off a family-sized pizza from Papa Murphy’s Pizza when you order online from a participating location using coupon code “T106”. This FOX4 70th anniversary deal can’t be combined with any other discounts. Those excluded are FAVES, XLNY, and Friday pizza deals. FOX4’s post states this is an online-only offer on Oct. 16, but then later notes the offer expires Oct. 21, 2019. If you really like Papa Murphy’s Pizza, order one on Oct. 16 and maybe try again before the 21st. We’ve reached out for clarification and will update this post as soon as we hear back.
