I love UMKC’s Communiversity. I’ve taken classes in pottery, photography and screenwriting. I think a dance class is in the cards.

If you want to learn something new, you should check out their fall schedule. Their classes are always cheap, but if you go to their Sign Up Party on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., they’ll waive the registration fee and give you $1 off your first class and $2 off any additional classes. You can also get some free birthday cake and listen to live jazz at the party. Can’t beat that!

The party is at the Writers Place, 3607 Pennsylvania in Kansas City, Missouri.
