You can still kick it old school in Kansas City with two drive-in movie options. Both drive-ins have upgraded to digital projection, so your feelings of nostalgia won’t include a fuzzy/grainy picture. The viewing experience should be as clear as the summer sky.
Admission at either drive-in is $10 per adult, kids 11 and under are FREE. This admission gets you a double feature – that’s two movies back-to-back. Movies are shown, rain or shine. Check with each location for movie schedules.
Concessions are sold at both locations. Leashed pets are welcome, but you must pick up after them.

Boulevard Drive-In

It’s important to know that Boulevard Drive-In is a cash only business. They do not take debit or credit cards.
Gates open at 7 p.m. on Fridays, and 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The first movie begins around 9:15 p.m. Come early to ensure you get a good spot.
Lawns chairs are recommended. Set them in front of your vehicle for prime movie watching.
Boulevard Drive-In also hosts a swap-and-shop gathering every Saturday and Sunday (all year long) from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting. Admission is $1.
Twin Drive-In

Twin Drive-In has been taken over by the B&B Theatre chain which operates several indoor theatres in the metro. Twin Drive-In accepts cash, debit and credit for your convenience.
Gates open 30 to 45 minutes prior to showtime. The first movie starts around 9 p.m.
