Free Fireplace Yoga

Does winter have you feeling stiff and lethargic? Re-energize at a FREE Fireplace Yoga community event Friday, Jan. 3, 2020 at the Lenexa Rec Center.

Instructors will start with beginner yoga poses and move into more dynamic poses and postures.

This class is open to ages 12 and up. You do not need to be a Rec Center member to attend this free event.

A limited number of mats will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own if they have one.

The yoga session runs from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Everyone will meet in the lobby near the fireplace.

The Lenexa Rec Center is located at 17201 W. 87th St. Pkwy., Lenexa, KS.
