Bonefish Grill offers those who serve our country and community a 10% discount on purchases (excluding alcohol and gift cards) any day of the year.
Who Qualifies: Veterans, military service members and their immediate family, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics.
What’s Needed: Corresponding state or federal service ID, valid military ID or photograph in service uniform.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Carrabba’s Heroes Discount provides a 10% savings on food (alcohol is not included).
Who Qualifies: Servicemen and women, police officers and firefighters, with corresponding state or federal service ID, plus Military Personnel and their immediate family members.
What’s Needed: Valid military ID or photograph in service uniform.
Houlihan’s
Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar offers a 15% discount on food purchases for all Veterans and active-duty military at participating locations every day of the year. The fifteen-percent discount is valid for dine-in or carry out and is not valid with any other offer. Discount is limited to the food purchase of the veteran or active-duty military member.
Who Qualifies: Veterans and active-duty military (at participating locations)
What’s Needed: Proof of military service which may include a U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization Card, photograph in uniform or wearing uniform, DD214, Citation or Commendation.
The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot fondue restaurant offers thanks to those who have and are still serving in our military. Eligible members save 10% off their bill any day of the week. Kansas City’s Melting Pot restaurant is located on the Country Club Plaza.
Who Qualifies: Veterans active-duty military, retired members, spouses and dependents.
What’s Needed: Valid military ID.
Outback Steakhouse
The Heroes Discount gives eligible individuals 10% off their entire check (excluding alcohol) all day, every day at Outback Steakhouse.
Who Qualifies: All nurses, doctors, medical staff, military veterans, servicemen and women, police, firefighters and first responders. Also includes military personnel immediate family members.

Kansas City Automotive Museum
Military members save $1 off regular museum admission and can get an annual museum membership for a discounted rate of $40 per year.
Kansas City Royals
For the 2022 season, the Kansas City Royals offers all military personnel, first responders, and their families the opportunity to purchase up to six discounted tickets for all regular season home games. This offer does NOT include Opening Day.

KC Ballet

Retailers & Service Providers Offering Military Discounts in Kansas City
Dollar General
Dollar General provides eligible military members and their families with an 11% discount on qualifying, in-store purchases on the second Wednesday of each month.
Who Qualifies: All veterans, active duty military, National Guard, Reserve and their families.
What’s Needed: Customers may take advantage of this promotion by registering and completing a military credential verification process online at dollargeneral.com/military, then add the discount as a Digital Coupon within the Dollar General app or on the Dollar General website each month.
Foot Locker
U.S. active duty military, National Guard, reservists and veterans, as well as the dependents of active and retired personnel, can get a 15% discount — up to $100 per SheerID verification — every day of the year. That offer is good both online and at any store location, including Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Footaction and Champs Sports.

U.S. veterans, active service members and spouses who pre-register for the benefit via The Home Depot app will receive a 10% discount on their purchases every day in stores and online. Registering through the customer app not only expands the discount to online purchases beyond the stores’ aisles, but also makes it faster and easier for customers to check out when utilizing the discount benefit.

Lowe’s offers 10% off eligible purchases every day to to those who’ve served or are currently serving our country in the US armed forces. The military discount can be applied to most full-priced products in stores and online.
