The National WWI Museum and Memorial invite everyone to join in on an Independence Day Celebration and fireworks display like never before.
Kansas City is invited to celebrate our nation’s independence at the Stars and Stripes Picnic on Tuesday, July 4.

This is a FREE Fourth of July celebration in Kansas City.
The public is welcome to begin picnicking on the south grounds of the Museum and Memorial as early as 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4. The grounds will host local food trucks, family-friendly activities, local vendors and artisans, local entertainment, and live music performances.
A fireworks display will begin around 9:40 p.m.
