Sweat with Your Bae for Valentine’s Day

Freight House Fitness is hosting one of its favorite annual events for Valentine’s Day in Kansas City—Sweat with Your Bae.

Be it with your bae (baby), partner or friend, you can join a 30-minute bootcamp-style workout that features partner exercises.

Get ready to sweat at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 at Freight House Fitness’ Troost Avenue location at 1106 E. 30th Street, Kansas City, MO.

Tickets are $20 each. Drinks and treats are included.
