Kids, teens, adults, even young ones who aren’t reading yet can earn FREE books and other prizes through Cass County Public Library’s summer reading program, A Universe of Stories.
Start by getting registered at your local Cass County Public Library branch. Limit one registration per participant.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll need to pick up a registration packet at your local branch. Keep track of your reading and other eligible activities like attending library events and using other library resources. The goals vary based on your age category but must be met before July 27 to earn a FREE book. Prizes can be redeemed as early as June 10.
After earning a FREE book, kids, teens and pre-readers can be entered in a county-wide drawing for more prizes. The more they read, the more times they will be entered into the drawing.
The last day to redeem prizes is Saturday, July 27.
