Many bargain hunters with a sweet tooth are missing Sonic Drive-In‘s annual summertime half-price shakes nightly offer. Unfortunately, it appears the deal is not going to happen this summer.
However, the fast-food chain is giving customers a little something sweet to smile about this month.
Through Aug. 30, customers can enjoy a shake at 50% off via the restaurant’s app at participating locations. We know some of the “app-only” deals can be confusing so here’s the fine print on this one:
“The reward is valid for one ½ price shake, when you order in the Sonic app. Valid on any size. Add-Ins cost extra. One per customer. Not good in conjunction with any other offers, rewards, or delivery.”
Bargain hunters will note the digital offer is valid for only one shake. As a result, each family member will have to download the app, create an individual account and order separately — in order for everyone to sip on a cheap shake.
