Sonic celebrates America’s 250th with $2.50 value menu for limited time

Happy 250th Birthday, America! This summer, as the nation celebrates its 250th birthday, Sonic is marking the milestone by offering four menu favorites at a discounted price worth celebrating.

From June 22 to July 12, 2026, the popular fast-food restaurant is offering a limited-time patriotic value menu at participating locations — the America $2.50 Menu.

Red, White & Blue Slush Float: A festive summer treat featuring icy blue raspberry flavor, creamy vanilla soft serve and real strawberries.

Jr Double Cheeseburger: Two beef patties, seasoned and layered with melty American cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard, all on a golden, toasted bun.

All-American Hot Dog: An American favorite topped with ketchup, mustard, relish, diced onions and served in a soft, warm bakery bun.

Medium Onion Rings: Crispy, golden onion rings – perfect as a snack or side.

The limited-time value menu is available in-restaurant and online via Sonic’s site or app. There is no limit, so the whole family can enjoy a festive feast on a budget.

The celebration doesn’t stop there. A limited-edition 20-oz cup commemorating America’s 250th will be available with drink purchases this summer — featuring designs inspired by iconic U.S. landmarks.
