The Friends of the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens is teaming with Stepping Stones KC for outdoor story time sessions on select dates April through September.
Nature lovers ages 2-5 are welcome to join for $5. All sessions last one hour from 10 to 11 a.m. Kids will get to enjoy music and outdoor adventures. Parents must accompany kids, but they only have to pay admission to the Arboretum.
Nature Story Time sessions are scheduled for:
- April 2, 11 and 16
- May 7, 9 and 21
- June 4, 13 and 18
- July 2, 11 and 16
- August 6, 8 and 20
- September 3, 12 and 17
Spots fill up fast, especially when the weather is nice so be sure to sign up in advance online.
If the weather is cold or rainy the sessions will be moved inside.
