Maker Faire Kansas City will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 22-23, 2019, at Union Station. Admission is $17 for adults ($26 for an adult weekend pass); and $11 for kids ages 3-12 ($21 for a weekend pass). Processing fees of varying amounts apply to each ticket purchase.
The Maker Faire celebrates things people create themselves — from new technology and electronic gizmos to urban farming and “slow-made” foods, to homemade clothes, quilts, and sculptures. You’ll get to see what types of things your fellow Kansas Citians have been inventing and how. There will also be kids’ activities.
Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Union Station is located at 30 West Pershing Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
