Parents wanting a night to themselves for Valentine’s Day can take advantage of the Valentine’s edition of Kids’ Night Out, Parents’ Night Off evening with Kansas City Young Audiences.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14, kids get to enjoy creative art and dance activities. Pizza and drinks will be served.
Parents must sign their kids up in advance. It’s $35 per kid, but two or more are discounted at $30 each.
Yes, the price can really add up if you have multiple kids, but it might be worth considering spending your Valentine’s Day dollars here and then enjoying a cheap and quiet evening at home. Some Chinese takeout and Netflix sounds mighty nice in the wintertime, especially when there is no fighting in the background.
