Looking for a place to watch Super Bowl 2020 with other excited Kansas City Chiefs fans?
We’ve found some Super Bowl watch parties in Kansas City where you can enjoy the game without sending your bank account into the red. After all, the only red we want to see on Super Bowl Sunday are Chiefs players in the end zone!
Some of these are actual watch parties that include food or reserved seating. Others are game day bar and restaurant food and drink specials you’ll available find while watching the Super Bowl.
Most of these take place on Sunday, Feb. 2, but there are a few events that happen earlier. We recommend you follow the links and read carefully for all details about specific events.

Kansas City Super Bowl Watch Parties
54th Street Grill: Dine in during the Super Bowl at any of the eight 54th Street Grill locations in Kansas City and enjoy $5.40 Gringo Dip and Chips, $5.40 Traditional Margaritas (Rocks or Frozen) and $5.40 Long Island Iced Tea. Prices are good from 4 to 9 p.m. They’re also offering a reverse happy hour from 9 p.m to close (perfect for a post-game celebration) when you can choose from several $5. $6 and $7 appetizers, as well as drink specials. 54th Street Grill has locations at:

Bar K: Puppies and football—one of sport’s cutest traditions. Bar K is hosting its first-ever Puppy Bowl on Feb. 1.
Brew Lab: This downtown Overland Park favorite is going to party with a purpose. They will have the game on their big screens, a full bar and food menu available and are raffling off two private beer brewing sessions to benefit Children’s Mercy Hospital. Reservations are recommended.
Brewery Emperial: This local craft brewery is celebrating two things this week—the Kansas City Chiefs playing in the Super Bowl and their three-year anniversary. Beginning Jan. 26, each one of the first three beers they brewed will be on special for $3. On Super Bowl Sunday (the actual anniversary) all three beers will be at the special $3 price. They open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday and are bringing in TVs for the game.
The Bristol: Both locations (Power & Light and Town Center Plaza) are offering a big game brunch. Email club members get $20 off food purchases of $50+ from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2. Both restaurants will also be featuring $5 Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas and half-price bottles of wine (up to $100). One offer per table. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Good for dine in-only. Valid on Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Both restaurants are closing at 3 p.m. so their staff can enjoy the game. What great fans!
Chicken N Pickle: There’s no cover for Chicken N Pickle’s Super Bowl party. The party starts at 3:30 p.m. Come in, grab a seat and take advantage of game day specials, including special pricing for select Boulevard and Bud Light beverages. If you can’t wait until Sunday to celebrate, stop by from 4 to 7 p.m. for their Red Friday Party.
Dave & Buster’s: Both Kansas City locations (Overland Park and Kansas City, KS) are hosting watch parties on Feb. 2, 2020. Tickets range from $20-$30.
El Toro Loco Mexican Bar & Grill: Get FREE cheese dip all day on Feb. 2 if you’re wearing Kansas City Chiefs jerseys. You can also take advantage of game-time specials like $2 beer bottles and 50% off jumbo lime margaritas.
The Fuel House: Having Kansas City in the Super Bowl is a big deal for everyone. Bring friends and family (including kids) for this gathering at The Fuel House in Bonner Springs. Tickets are $20 and include food, brew samples and arcade games.
Granite City: The Legends Outlet restaurant has a Tailgate Brunch with themed menu items on Feb. 2. They also have dine-in food and drink specials for those that hang out to watch the game. If you prefer to watch the Chiefs win in the comfort of your own home or headed for a party elsewhere, be sure to check out their 20% discount for to-go, carryout and delivery orders (valid at all locations). Julep KC: This one is a freebie. Julep KC never charges a cover and they aren’t about to start at their Super Bowl party that begins at 5:30 p.m. Come a little early because they only have happy hour specials from noon until 6 p.m. Enjoy special prices on nachos, chili and chili cheese fries; $6 select cocktails (including Old Fashioneds), $6 house wines and $2 off Boulevard beers. There’s also a nice select of yard beers.
KC Live Block: The Power & Light District is hosting a massive open air watch party at KC Live Block that starts at noon. Entry is FREE. Several of the adjoining bars and restaurants are offering specials, reservations and good times for the Super Bowl. Check out our post for more details.
Lakewood Local: This Lee’s Summit bar is hosting a Super Bowl watch party and upping their game on specials. You can count on $5 apps and $15 buckets all day, and $4 bombs, $9 domestic pitchers and $3 drafts during the game.
Long Bell Pizza Co.: Feeling lucky? Long Bell Pizza in Lee’s Summit is having a halftime hot wing challenge along with food and drink specials starting at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2.
Summit Grill: Summit Grill locations in Lee’s Summit, Gladstone and Kansas City are extending its daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to close in the bar on Sunday, Feb. 2. View the full happy hour menu here.
Legends Comedy Club and Sports Lounge: Enjoy drink specials, a FREE food buffet, live DJ and camaraderie for the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Tickets are $20.
Lounge 42: Lounge 42’s tagline is “just good people having a great time” and that’s the goal for their FREE Super Bowl tailgate and watch party. There’s no cover, FREE food will be available while it lasts and they plan to have a big grill going so attendees can bring something along of their choice to thrown on it. The party at this Kansas City, KS joint starts at 1 p.m.
Martin City Brewing Company: A hearty buffet, drinks and raffle make up this watch party at MCBC’s original location at 135th & Locus, Kansas City, MO. Doors open at 4 p.m.
Ollie’s Local: BBQ is as local as you can get in Kansas City. Ollie’s Local Super Bowl party includes a hearty BBQ buffet of ribs, brisket, sliders, nachos, wings, hummus and more, drink specials and chances to win prizes. Tickets are $20 for this $21+ party. Come join from 4:30 to 10 p.m.
Parlor KC: Doors open at 1 p.m. and admission to this watch party is FREE until 4 p.m. After that, tickets are still a bargain at $10.
Pearl Tavern KC: Settle into the bar at Pearl Tavern in Lee’s Summit (1672 NW Chipman Road) and cheer on the Chiefs while enjoying happy hour specials from 3 p.m. to close. Expect specials on beer, wine, wells and cocktails. Good eats include $1 oysters shucked fresh and served with cocktail sauce.
Sans Bar: Who says it takes alcohol to have a party? Sans Bar is hosting a booze free Super Bowl bash at the Unity Temple on the Plaza. Tickets are $20.
Third Street Social: Last call for happy hour specials won’t come until closing in Third Street Social’s bar on Super Bowl Sunday. Come into the bar located at 123 SE 3rd St, Lee’s Summit, MO and cheer on the Chiefs. Take a look at their full happy hour menu here.
Tom’s Town Distilling Co.: The people are thirsty so Tom’s Town will have happy hour specials all day, including $5 Magronis,a traditional Negroni made with KC’s own Tom’s Town Botanical Gin in honor of Kansas City’s own beloved Patrick Mahomes. You can watch the game on the big screen in the Pendergast Lounge.
