On select Friday nights through September 18, 2026, Olathe Parks & Recreation is putting on its annual Olathe Live! summer concert series. Admission is free, but they’ll be collecting donations for local charities.
The concerts will begin at 7 p.m. at Stagecoach Park, except for the July 2 event, which starts at 5:30 p.m. and will be at Eagles Landing at Lake Olathe.
Olathe Live! 2026 concert schedule
- July 2: Summer Kickoff and Dueling Pianos at Lake Olathe, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Note that this is a Thursday.
- July 10: Surfin’ Safari (Tribute to the Beach Boys) with Vinyl Revival, 7 to 10 p.m.
- July 17: Steve Miller Experience, The John Cougar Project and Creedence Clearwater KC, 7 to 10 p.m.
- July 30: Theater in the Square with Pearson Productions, 7 to 10 p.m.
- Sept. 18: An Evening With Liverpool Project, 7 to 10 p.m.
The July 2 event at Lake Olathe will include family-friendly activities starting at 5:30 p.m., including a mega obstacle course, bounce house, splash pad, lawn games and more. Food trucks and concessions will be on site. Guests can register for beach and marina access from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The July 10 show will be a special “Goal-athe” edition, adding food trucks, concessions, yard games and an expanded family zone with face painting, balloon artist, bounce house and other kid-friendly activities. The kids’ zone will close at 9 p.m.
