The City of Independence Parks & Recreation is bringing families together for FREE popsicles and entertainment at Popsicles in the Park. The fun runs every Tuesday night this summer through July 31, 2018.

- June 5 (Glendale Park, 16010 East Crackerneck Road): Picadilly Productions Puppets and Drum Safari
- June 12 (McCoy Park, 800 North Bess Truman Parkway): Wicked Liars Comedy & Magic and Drum Safari
- June 19 (Cler-Mont School Park, 19009 East Susquehanna Ridge): Dino O’Dell and Picadilly Productions Puppets
- June 26 (George Owens Nature Center, 1601 South Speck Road): Janie Next Door and Wicked Liars Comedy & Magic
- July 10 (Santa Fe Park, 2731 South Santa Fe Road): Priscilla Howe Puppets and Janie Next Door
- July 17 (Bundschu Park, 11400 East 9th Street): Wicked Liars Comedy & Magic and Drum Safari
- July 24 (Fairmont Park, 300 North Home):Wicked Liars Comedy & Magic and Dino O’Dell
