Free Open Jams Saturday & Sunday at Knuckleheads Saloon

Nothing makes the weekend like an afternoon of casual, laid back fun and music at Knuckleheads Saloon.

Knucklehead’s hosts FREE open jam sessions on most Saturday and Sunday afternoons. They are located at 2715 Rochester Avenue in Kansas City, MO. Both jam sessions are for ages 21+ but minors can get in if they are with a parent or guardian.

If you have your own microphone, bring it along. Otherwise, the staff will take time to sanitize equipment in between performances. We recommend checking with Knuckleheads before heading down ready to play.

Saturday

Saturday afternoon sessions are usually from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and hosted by Duane Goldston and Billy Ebeling.

Come in, sign up and be part of the entertainment. Or, you can listen, have a beer, fill up on $1 tacos and enjoy the performances. The music tends to be a mix of zydeco, blues, oldies, classic rock and country.

Sunday

On most Sundays the session runs from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with hosts Levee Town. It’s mostly blues music that’s played. Whether you’re there to play or listen, have a cold drink and enjoy $1 tacos.
