On Thursday nights, through August 8, you can watch FREE Moonlight Movies on the Independence Square. Movies start at 9 p.m. and are projected on the side of the Pharaoh Theater building.
Make sure to bring chairs. There’s a concession stand if you want to buy something to eat or drink.

- June 13: Smallfoot
- June 20: Mary Poppins Returns
- June 27: Ralph Breaks the Internet
- July 11: Lego Movie 2
- July 18: Angry Birds
- July 25: Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse
- Aug. 1: How to Train Your Dragon
- Aug. 8: Wonderpark
In the event of bad weather movies will be shown the next night (Sunday).
The Pharaoh Theatre is located at 114 West Maple Avenue (at the corner of Maple and Liberty) in Independence, Missouri.
