FREE Concert Series in Overland Park, plus Music at the Arboretum

The City of Overland Park is holding its annual Music in the Park concert series every Sunday night through July 12, 2026, at the Thompson Park Band Shell, featuring the Overland Park Civic Band. Admission is FREE. The concerts start at 7 p.m.

Here’s the schedule for the Civic Band Concerts:

• Sunday, June 28
• Sunday, July 5 (patriotic concert)
• Sunday, July 12

You may want to bring a blanket or a chair.

Through August 18, there will also be Music Nights at the Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Those events are 5 to 7 p.m., and you will need to pay regular Arboretum admission, which is $7 for adults. Cafe Celeste will be open for food and drinks, as will the gift shop.
