On Saturday, August 16, 2014, the Price Chopper at 151st & Metcalf is hosting the 12th annual Queen’s Price Chopper Block Party. Nearly every tenant on the corner of 151st Street & Metcalf will be participating. Admission is free.
This event, which runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., includes a chance to see the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile; free hot dogs, chips, and drinks; food sampling; PLINKO (with prizes); a bounce house; cookie decorating; a cake walk; Meyer Music (Kids can try out the instruments); and a CHIPS kids identification program.
