PeaceWorks KC is holding its annual UNplaza Art Fair in Southmoreland Park on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 21 and 22, 2019. Admission is FREE to this fair focusing on local artists and top-quality, affordable art.
Tents will be set up onsite at the park, immediately west of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art between Oak Street and Warwick Boulevard. The stations will be filled with original artworks for sale, including glass art, woodcarving, photography, paintings, ceramics, fiber art and more. New this year is a space for musicians and spoken-word artists who will perform throughout the weekend.
Fair hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
The UNplaza Art Fair is family and pet friendly; food trucks will be onsite. Bring everyone to enjoy the afternoon.
