Legends Outlets is having a Halloween party for kids 12 and under on Sunday, October 30, 2011.
This event includes a DJ, trick-or-treating (12:00 to 2:00p.m.), a parade and costume contest (2:00 p.m. in the Center Courtyard), inflatables, an obstacle course, clowns, kids’ activities, and giveaways.
The party runs from noon to 3:00 p.m.
