In honor of Independence Day, Kansas City Zoo is running a Red, White, and Zoo promotion this year. All active and retired military personnel get FREE admission on Saturday, June 29, Sunday, June 30, and Thursday, July 4. You must have a valid military ID to get in FREE.
Family members of active and retired military personnel will get a $1 discount on admission (again, with a valid ID). Regular admission prices are:
- $16 – adults ages 12 and older
- $15 – seniors ages 55 and older
- $13 – children ages 3-11
- Free admission for children ages 2 and under
The zoo will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 29 and 30. On July 4, the zoo will open at 8 a.m. but close one hour earlier at 4 p.m.
The Kansas City Zoo is located at 6700 Zoo Drive in Kansas City, Missouri.
