The annual Powell Gardens Festival of Butterflies begins on Friday, July 16, 2026, and runs through August 2. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Tickets are $18 for adults; $16 for seniors (60+), $12 for kids (5-12). Parking is $8. Powell Garden members receive FREE admission and FREE parking.
Daily activities during the festival include a walk through the tropical conservatory display and native butterfly habitat, interactive exhibits, the Pollinator Playground, the Splash & Soar Station and a botanical cake display. Visitors can also see the Dragons and Fantastic Beasts display at the garden.
