On Saturday, May 12, 2018, the annual Brew-B-Que Craft Beer & Barbecue Festival will take place on the Renaissance Festival grounds. General admission tickets are $35 in advance (through May 1); $40 after May 1. They’re also selling VIP tickets for $55 and designated driver tickets for $5. You must be 21+ to attend.
This event will feature more than 100 craft beers from more than 40 regional breweries; Local KC Barbecue Food Trucks will be battling it out to see who has the best barbecue in Kansas City. There will also be live music.
Your general admission ticket will get you a commemorative sampling glass, unlimited craft beer samples, and barbecue for purchase.
A VIP tickets will get you all of the above plus access to an exclusive seating area with private bathrooms and a private bar, sample barbecue from participating food trucks, and the right to vote in the barbecue contest.
Designated drivers will get a water/soda voucher and barbecue for purchase.
Hours are from Noon to 4 p.m.
The Renaissance Festival grounds are located at 628 N 126th Street in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Registration is at the back gate of the festival off of 126th Street.
