Supporting local businesses with your shopping dollars is a great way to support the community and now, thanks to American Express, you can get some extra savings.
Shop Small is an initiative from American Express encouraging customers to shop in local brick and mortar stores rather than the big-box retailers.
As an incentive, American Express cardholders can get up to $50 in statement credits, when they shop at a local shops through Sept. 20.
Here’s How Shop Small Works:
Sign-Up — Enroll an eligible American Express Card by July 26. Click here.
Shop Small — Make a single purchase of $10 or more using the enrolled card directly at an eligible small
business and get a $5 statement credit.
Spread The Love — Continue supporting small businesses by using the offer up to 10 times by Sept. 20, for a total of up to $50 in statement credits.
