The annual Johnson County Old Settlers Festival is slated for September 10-12, 2028 in downtown, Olathe, Kansas. The festival is free and open to the public and features music, food, a parade, arts and crafts, and more.
Free concerts are scheduled for all three days. Attendees can also enjoy arts and crafts, an ice cream social, beer garden, carnival rides, flower show, auto show, parade and other fun.

Carnival Rides
Carnival rides can be enjoyed during designated hours by purchasing individual tickets at $4.50 each or 10 for $40. Wristband specials are also available for $33 per day. Most rides require one ticket. On Saturday, wristbands are good for noon to 5 p.m. or 5 to 11 p.m. The carnival is open 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday, 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and noon to 11 p.m. Saturday.
Parking
Parking is available on the street, in the parking garage at 136 S. Cherry St., and at the downtown library, 260 E. Santa Fe.
