The National WWI Museum and Memorial is offering a deal of Kansas City area residents from August 1, 2026, through December 30, 2026, in honor of America’s 250th birthday.
Residents in the seven counties surrounding Kansas City can visit with a special $10 combo ticket, which includes access to the Main Gallery, special exhibition areas and the Tower.
“For 100 years, this community has shown up for us,” said Matthew Naylor, President and CEO of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. “This discount is a small way to thank our neighbors for a century of support.”
The $10 combo ticket is available for residents of Johnson, Wyandotte and Leavenworth counties in Kansas and Jackson, Clay, Cass and Platte counties in Missouri. Residents must present proof of residency with valid ID. One ticket per ID, with the exception of minors. This offer is available in-person at the Ticketing Counter only.
The regular price for a combo ticket is $26.50 for adults, $22.50 for seniors and veterans, $18.50 for students 6 to 15. Children under 6 are free.

Teacher Appreciation Weekend. All K-12 teachers get free admission all weekend Friday, July 31, through Sunday, August 2, 2026. Show your school badge at the ticket counter. Up to four guests 6 and older can come along for $10 each.
Scout Day. Scouts and troop leaders in uniform will get $5 general admission on Saturday, August 8, 2026.
