This Saturday, December 6, 2014, the Shoal Creek Living History Museum is inviting people to experience a 19th century Christmas with A Visit from St. Nicholas. Admission is $5 per person. Kids 5 and under are free.
This event, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., includes vsits with the 19th century St. Nicholas, a walking tour through decorated homes and log cabins of the 1800’s, a chance to make Christmas purchases at the Mercantile and post your St. Nicholas letter, a civil war enactment, horse drawn sleigh rides (noon to 4:00 p.m.), and more.
The Shoal Creek Living History Museum is located at 7000 NE Barry Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
