It’s Valentine’s Day weekend and all animals can use some TLC now and then, even stuffed animals.
The Kansas City Zoo is hosting a Teddy Bear Clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15.
Visitors to the zoo can bring along their teddy bears or other favorite stuffed animals and have them “nursed” back to health. Volunteers will stitch up holes, rips and tears and give them some extra stuffing if needed.
Getting your stuffed animals a clean bill of health at the Teddy Bear Clinic is free with paid zoo admission.
