You don’t have to go as far as you might think to try skiing and snowboarding. Snow Creek in Weston offers skiing, snowboarding and tubing during the winter, even if they have to make their own snow.
Here are the current specials:
Military: Active military get in for $5 and their dependents are 50% off. Reserve and retired military (no dependents) are 50% off the regular price. On Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 9 p.m., active military can tube for $5 and their dependents are 50% off. See Snow Creek military discount details.
Tornado Alley Tube Park Thursdays: From 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, you can tube for four hours for $30 or two hours for $20. (Not available for holiday weeks.) See Tornado Alley Tube Park deals.
Birthday Deal: 50% off skiing, rides and tubes on your birthday. Details.
College student specials: From 6 p. m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, college students with student ID get lift tickets for $22, rental equipment for $20 and two hours of tubing for $21. See Snow Creek college student deals.
Family and Friends Sunday Night specials: From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays, adults save $25 off the evening rate.
