Platte City Fourth of July Festivities

Ring in free-dom on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in the Platte City, MO Fourth of July festivities.

From 9 a.m. to noon, come to Downtown Platte City to enjoy face painting, water slides, bubbles, hot dogs, lemonade, kettle corn, popsicles and more. 

All activities are FREE at this Fourth of July party. 

Main Street from Fourth to Second streets will be closed, and downtown parking is limited. Free shuttles will be available from Platte City Middle School.
