Live From Our Living Rooms is an online music festival live streaming music from artists’ homes in New York City as part of a benefit to help performers in that city who are struggling as a result of shuttered shows and venues.
Organized by NYC musicians Sirintip, Thana Alexa, Owen Broder and their nonprofit partner MusicTalks, the festival presents an impressive lineup of artists contributing their time and talents. Acts are made up of solo performances and small groups living under the same roof.
Viewers will have an opportunity to make donations that are used to provide performance grants to NYC musicians.
We also have a listing of several Virtual Concerts by Kansas City Musicians if you’re looking for local flavor and ways to help out here at home.
