Due to an unexpected contruction delay, the new Larkburger will be opening later than originally expected (date TBD). Some of the Grand Opening details have also changed (alas, the Eggnogg Shake will not be available). I’ve updated the post below, and will let you know when the Grand Opening date has been finalized. The contest is still on, though. We’ll be announcing winners on Friday afternoon!
Larkburger is opening its second Kansas City area restaurant on the Country Club Plaza (See KCOTC contest to win FREE entree below.). The Grand Opening date is still TBD (we’ll be sure to let you know).
The restaurant will be celebrating the opening of its second Kansas City location with the following:
- A green ribbon cutting on opening day.
- FREE entrée cards for the first 50 guests to dine at the new restaurant, redeemable for a burger, salad, or chili entrée during a return visit.
- A prize drawing for one patron to win FREE Larkburger for a year (52 FREE Entrée cards).
- A guest appreciation party (date and details TBD).

I would totally embark on a lark for a Burger. I’ve never heard of this place till now, but I always love to try new burger joints.
I love the all natural ingredients and the eggnog shake sounds amazing!
I am wanting to try their famous french fries and their portabella burger.
We have been a fan since visiting their Edwards, CO location on vacation in 2015. To have a Larkburger so close to our house will be great! Also, they have options for my son, who has many food allergies. Its a struggle to find good dining out options for a six year old with food allergies.
