Kroger gives away free half gallon of chocolate milk for two days

There’s nothing better than a cold glass of chocolate milk as a special treat or to add a little sweetness to your meal.

Since its debut in 1999, Kroger Brand Chocolate Milk has become a much-loved beverage staple with its rich, velvety texture and creamy vanilla notes. With more than 15 million gallons produced annually across Kroger’s 14 dairy-producing facilities, the chocolaty classic has earned a loyal following among the grocery store’s customers.

To celebrate National Chocolate Milk Day, Kroger customers can sip back and smile with a digital coupon for a FREE half-gallon of Kroger Brand chocolate milk for redemption in-store, for pick-up or delivery.

You must have a shopper’s loyalty account with the respective Kroger grocery store in your area.

Customers can get a single-use digital coupon at Kroger.com (or in-store with an accessible paper coupon), available for download and redemption for two days only — Sept. 26 and 27, 2025, while supplies last. The coupon is available starting at 12 a.m. EST.

The coupon is redeemable at many Kroger Family of stores locations.

However, the offer excludes select divisions and stores where dairy laws apply — including Delta, Nashville, Mid-Atlantic, King Soopers, Ralphs, Food 4 Less in California, Louisiana (Houston and Dallas), Missouri (Dillons) and Nevada (Smith’s).

Customers in those excluded divisions can instead receive a coupon good for a FREE box of Kroger Brand cereal with the purchase of a Kroger Brand chocolate milk half-gallon.

Limit one coupon per household.
