On Saturday, November 14, 2009 kids can march in a mini Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade (I know November 14 isn’t Thanksgiving) at Oak Park Mall. Kids will march from the main mall entrance to the Center Court to greet Santa upon his arrival. Children can then visit the kids department at Macy’s for entertainment and refreshments.
To be part of the parade, meet at the lower level of Macy’s at Oak Park Mall at 11:00 a.m. (might want to get there a little early) on November 14. Bring your camera.
The mall’s sponsoring a few other kids’ activities on the 14th:
- 10:00 a.m. – magic show and a clown with balloons near Barnes & Noble
- 11:00 a.m. – juggler and face painting in center court
