Are you up for the Kansas City Playground Challenge?
Playgrounds are a time-honored, kid-approved classic for keeping kids active and outside (for free!) Kids can soak up the sunshine and run out their wiggles on play apparatuses designed to ignite their imaginations while their parents and caregivers can either join in the fun or take a much-needed break on the park bench.
The only problem is that we get into our routines, and before long, everyone in the family is bored to death of the playground down the street. This is a crying shame when you live in a metro with a wealth of incredible playgrounds where your kids can spend their Springs climbing, swinging, and sliding all over without tiring!
This is why Kansas City On the Cheap has put together the Kansas City Playground Challenge. You’ll be exploring the metro from tip to tail, making memories, and likely coming away with a new favorite playground, and it’s all FREE!
So, if you’re up to it, make this your family’s 2024 playground bucket list. Print this PDF: KCPlayground Challenge to track your progress, and tag us in your photos on Facebook or Instagram, or use the hashtag #KCplaygroundchallenge!
