On Saturday, January 10, 2015, the KC Keepers Chapter of the Harry Potter Alliance and Plaza Branch Teen Services are holding a Yule Ball (a Harry Potter-themed holiday party) at the Plaza Branch of the Kansas City Public Library. Admission is free.
There will be games, dancing, snacks, live music, and lots of Hogwarts Holiday Cheer. Proceeds from a silent auction of wizarding-world goodies will go to benefit reStart.
The party runs from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. The requested dress code is either semi-formal or ugly holiday sweater.
The Plaza Branch of the Kansas City Public Library is located at 4801 Main Street.
