Kansas City is home to many of the jazz greats who started their musical careers on 18th & Vine. Every Saturday through May 13, 2017, the American Jazz Museum will offer several youth jazz classes. Admission is free, but registration is required.
Class Schedule
• Toddler & Family (ages 3-6): 9-10 a.m.
• Elementary (ages 7-12): 10-11 a.m.
• Kansas City Jazz Academy (middle school-high school): 1-3 p.m.
• Public Student Jam Session: 3-5 p.m.
The American Jazz Museum is located in the Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District at 1616 East 18th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
