I love the name of Kansas City’s new entertainment trolley service: Kansas City Strip. It makes me chuckle every time I hear it. Anyway, the Kansas City Star reports that the new trolley service is having a kickoff celebration on Friday, April 9, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in front of Californos in Westport. Then, the trolley will offer free transportation (normally $15) Friday and Saturday. The trolleys run from Waldo to the Power & Light District, through Brookside, the Country Club Plaza, Westport, Martini Corner and 18th and Vine.
