From May 26 through September 3, 2018, Crown Center is putting on a new Trivial Pursuit: A 50-State Adventure exhibit for kids. Admission is FREE.
Here’s a synopsis of the exhibit from the Crown Center website:
“This pretend trek across the U.S.A. features an activity for every state and the District of Columbia. Ride a mule in the Grand Canyon, celebrate New Year’s Eve in Times Square, hit a home run at Fenway Park, and guide your sled dog team on the Iditarod Trail, to name just a few! More than 70 hands-on learning opportunities address key academic standards for school-age visitors and highlight our nation’s geography, history, music, pastimes and iconic tourist destinations.”
Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Crown Center is located at 2450 Grand Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri.
