Here’s an option for spring break. Teens can drop by any of the 13 Johnson County Libraries to participate in the Teen Tech Challenge from March 7 -20, or participate online 24/7. Teens score a bingo spot for each activity they complete. Sample bingo activities include “Create and Avatar” or “Create a Photo Mashup.” Prizes will be awarded for a bingo and blackout. Registration is not necessary.
A Teen Tech Week Gaming Throwdown will be held on Friday, March 19, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Johnson County Central Resource Library, 9875 W. 87th St., Overland Park. Kids 10-18 can play. Register now by calling (913) 495-2400.
