The Alcott Art Center’s May Second Saturday/Open Jam Session is this Saturday, May 8, 2010. Artwork by Kansas City Kansas high school students will be on display. An artists’ reception begins at 4:00 p.m. High school artist Kenan Meadows will give a presentation at 6:30 p.m.
Night Star Productions will present a radio play, “Agatha Christie’s Poirot: The Case of the Careless Client” in the Alcott theater at 7:00 p.m.
The Second Saturday event includes an open jam session beginning at 8:00 p.m., so bring your instrument and be ready to perform.
This is a free event in a family friendly environment. The Alcott presents a Second Saturday every month until October.
