Kids ages 10-15 can attend Southeast Community Center’s Summer Safe Cycling Clinic (try saying that really fast three times) this Saturday, August 28, 2010. Each participant can get a cycling safety packet, watch a demo and learn to provide their own safety inspections. Limited bike repair will also be provided. Kids who want to ride their bikes during the event must wear a helmet, and parents must sign a release.
The clinic for kids ages 10-12 is from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.; the teen clinic is from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The free clinic is at Southeast Community Center, 4201 E. 63rd Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
