To celebrate National Root Beer Float Day on Aug. 6, A&W Restaurants are giving customers a FREE small root beer float featuring their signature root beer and rich, creamy vanilla soft serve.
This treat is available from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating locations, while supplies last. No purchase necessary. Limit one per customer.
As a part of the sweet celebration, A&W will collect donations for Disabled American Veterans.
Kansas City has several A&W locations in the metro:

- Olathe, KS – 11990 S Strang Line Road and 607 E Santa Fe Street
- Independence, MO – 11211 E. 40 Hwy
