Kids can kick off a summer of reading at the annual Reading Trails Fun Fest at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm, 1200 Kansas City Road in Olathe, Kansas on Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mahaffie is the only working stagecoach stop on the Sante Fe Trail. You and your kids can participate in free hands-on activities from the Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trails.
Admission is free. Stagecoach rides are $1.
