FREE Lansing Independence Days Celebration

Lansing Independence Days Celebration is FREE to the public and takes place Friday, July 3, 2026, at Lansing High School. 

Live music, food trucks and inflatables for the kids. Music will be by the Flashback Band.

The schedule is: 

4 p.m.: Live music, food trucks and kids’ rides

9:30 p.m.: Fireworks

Food and drinks are available for purchase on location.

Lansing High School

Lansing High School is at 1412 147th St, Lansing, KS 66043.

Parking passes will be issued at City Hall through 4 p.m. July 2 or until they are all gone. Spectators can park at the elementary and middle schools or the aquatic park and get a free shuttle to the event.
