I’ve always thought jazzercise sounded like a lot of fun, but I’m not sure I have the stamina for lengthy exercise classes. I guess there’s only one way to find out.
Jazzercise in Lee’s Summit is hosting a free open house this Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
During the open house, you’ll be able to sample some free jazzercise classes.
Here’s the schedule:
- Dancing Abs: 9:00 a.m.
- Technique Class (learn some of the basic Jazzercise moves): 10:00 a.m.
- Hip Hop: 11:00 a.m.
- Junior Jazzercise (6-12 year olds): 12:00 p.m.
Jazzercise is located at 450 SW Ward Road in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
